Software License Agreement for averos

AVEROS LICENSE v1.0

Please read this software license agreement (“License”) carefully before using the framework averos.
By using the Averos framework, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not use the framework averos.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, including for commercial purposes, to any person obtaining a copy of this library binary package, to use, copy, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of a derivative work, and to permit persons to whom the work is furnished to do so, as long as the Restrictions described in this license are followed.

The @wiforge/averos framework library binary package, available under https://www.npmjs.com/package/@wiforge/averos and issued by wiforge or Houcem LAOUITI, could hence be used freely, including in commercial purposes by any party or entity.

The packaged @wiforge/averos library, and only the library, could hence be distributed, copied and used at your own discretion and risk.

Any attempt to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the averos library package, its source code or its assets is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this License.

Restrictions

This license does not include the right to replicate a similar or competing product/service, using the design assets provided by averos.

When used in other products and services, averos framework should always be treated as an addition to your product, but not as the product on its own.

Unauthorized copying of these materials in terms of source code, including any type of file that is laying in @wiforge/averos library package or its underlying source code via any medium is strictly prohibited.

Licensee agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the averos library package, or any portion thereof.

Averos source code is proprietary and confidential and should not be copied, modified, distributed without the agreement of the creator.
